UK Legislation requires all food handlers to be trained according to their food handling work activities. ISA deliver training and qualifications in Food Safety that will assist food business operators to demonstrate that food handlers have been trained in food hygiene matters appropriate to the work that they do and therefore comply with their legal requirement.
